What is assisted living?

Assisted Living is for individuals who may need assistance with personal care for daily living activities. Our goal is to help individuals live as independently as possible in a safe environment.

Our caring staff is available to assist with all activities of daily living. Our nurses and certified medication aides administer medication as ordered by your physician. Cedarwood’s activity director plans a variety of interesting, invigorating and stimulating activities each day, including exercise, devotions, Bible studies, entertainment and parties. There is something for everyone to enjoy including several outings and trips.

Our tenants are encouraged to be as independent as possible and may come and go as they like. Cedarwood strives to provide a quiet, caring atmosphere, allowing tenants to continue their unique lifestyles and to have the freedom to make their own decisions. Our attentive staff is available 24-hours a day.

At Cedarwood, we have three different apartment sizes. Each apartment includes private bathrooms with walk-in showers, galley kitchen with microwave and fridge, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, closet and storage space, and emergency call system.

Our rates are established for tenants who are independent with most activities of daily living. If your needs for assistance change and you require additional care from our staff, Cedarwood offers a variety of levels of care at an additional charge.

Level 2: $5/day • Level 3: $10/day • Level 4: $15/day • Level 5: $20/day
